1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Authorized employees who use a Finnect Digital mobile application must also follow their employer’s policies and the applicable agreement between Finnect Digital and that employer.
2. Website Information
Website content is provided for general information about Finnect Digital and its services. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial or technical advice for any specific situation.
3. Services and Client Agreements
Descriptions of ERP, lending, microfinance, pawning, accounting, API, mobile and support services do not create a binding obligation. Deliverables, service levels, fees, responsibilities and warranties are governed by separate quotations, statements of work, contracts or service agreements.
4. Authorized Mobile Application Use
Finnect Digital (com.finnect.digital) and Finnect CDFF Mobile APP (lk.finnect.cdff) are restricted business tools for authorized employees of the applicable client organization. Users must keep their credentials confidential, access only assigned information, record transactions accurately and use the applications only for approved work purposes.
Access may be blocked or deactivated by the employer when a user changes role, leaves employment or no longer requires access. Users must promptly report suspected unauthorized access, credential exposure or inaccurate transaction entries to their employer.
5. Financial and Operational Records
Loan, payment, receipt, cashbook and bank-deposit information entered or displayed through the applications forms part of the applicable client organization’s business records. Users are responsible for checking information before submission and following their employer’s collection, reconciliation and deposit procedures.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, design, text, graphics and software are owned by or licensed to Finnect Digital. They may not be copied, modified, distributed or commercially used without written permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the website or applications, share credentials, attempt unauthorized access, view records outside your assigned duties, alter information without authority, introduce malicious code, interfere with operation, scrape information unlawfully or use the services to violate rights or applicable law.
8. Availability and Changes
We may maintain, update or modify the website and applications to improve security, reliability or functionality. Availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, connectivity, third-party infrastructure or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Contracted support and service levels, where applicable, are governed by the relevant client agreement.
9. Third-Party Links
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Finnect Digital does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy or security.
10. Disclaimers
We aim to keep public website information accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete accuracy or suitability for every purpose. Public website content is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Any warranties applying to contracted software or support are set out in the relevant client agreement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Finnect Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use this website.
12. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes
